SFT Canada is pleased to host you foodies at this celebration of a culinary staple in Tibetan cuisine.
You may be wondering, what’s a momo?
For those that have not been lucky enough to try one, a momo is a delicious dumpling (meat or veg) mixed with a balanced blend of herbs and spices, hand-wrapped in kneaded dough and steamed to succulent perfection.
Throughout history, elders have gone to great lengths to discover where the best momos in the world are located.
This time we’re letting you decide.
Each momo crawler will receive a $20 Momo Passport, which is your gateway to Momo Crawl TO. The Passport allows you to sample and vote for the best momo out of 8 Tibetan restaurants:
