British rock icons Duran Duran headline an incredible night of music at the Hollywood Bowl on October 1st, with special guests CHIC, featuring longtime friend and collaborator Nile Rodgers. Electronic hit-makers Clean Bandit will open. Duran Duran have sold over 100 million records, have been honored with seven prestigious Lifetime Achievement Awards, alongside countless other accolades, and have written some of the most memorable songs of the last three decades. From “Rio” and “Hungry Like the Wolf” to “Notorious,” “The Reflex” and “Ordinary World,” theirs is an almost unrivaled catalogue of hits. Throughout the group’s rich and colorful career, they have continued to perform for screaming fans all over the world. Their approach — a fusion of art, fashion, technology and pop — has always been far ahead of its time, and the band shows no signs of easing its foot off the pedal. With their forthcoming and highly anticipated 14th studio album, Paper Gods, which they worked on with superstar producers Mark Ronson, Nile Rodgers, Mr Hudson and Joshua Blair, the band simply keeps on proving that there will never be another like them. Rodgers, who’s also recently collaborated with Pharrell and Daft Punk, is lead guitarist and co-founder of CHIC.
