Mexican pop-rock singer Alejandra Guzmán has been dubbed La Reina del Rock (“The Queen of Rock”) and her majesty is all set to preside over the L.A. County Fair. When she brings her Rock Recargado tour to the Fairplex in Pomona, you can expect to hear international hits like “Elemanmente Bella” and “Volverte a Amar.” Guzmán broke through with her debut disc Bye Mamá in 1988 and later sold more than 15 million albums worldwide and won a 2002 Latin Grammy. She’s opened for legends like James Brown and the Rolling Stones, and has headlined sold-out shows of her own. This time around, the rocking royal will share the stage with special guest, singer-songwriter Ana Victoria (“Yo No Lloro Por Llorar”).
