Anstruther Press and Frog Hollow Press welcome you to a joint launch & reading with 4 brand new chapbooks by Jessica Popeski, Josh Stewart, Marc di Saverio, and Robert Colman.

Its a Pivot off-week, so there are no excuses! Join us at The Steady for drinks, readings, and book signings by an incredible line-up of poets.

Doors are open at 7:00pm and readings will start at 7:30pm.

Josh Stewart is an ESL teacher and martial artist living in Mississauga. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in The Antigonish Review, Carousel, The Cortland Review, Contemporary Verse 2, Descant, ditch, Existere, Grain, The New Quarterly, and Prairie Fire. His first chapbook, Invention of the Curveball, was published by Cactus Press in 2008.

Jessica Popeski is a Classical Voice and Creative Writing graduate from Brandon University, where she was granted a distinction for her poetry thesis, Big Sky. Sickle Moon. Her poetry has been published internationally in Acta Victoriana, The Cadaverine, carte blanche, The Irish Literary Review, Myths of the Near Future, Boston Poetry, Room, Leaf Press, The Nervous Breakdown, Hart House Review, Harbinger Asylum, The Cannons Mouth, and more. In fall 2015, she will embark on an MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Guelph. You can find her at jessicapopeski.wordpress.com.

Marc di Saverio hails from Hamilton, Ontario. His poems and translations have appeared in such outfits as Hazlitt, Canadian Notes and Queries, and Maisonneuve. In 2015, CNQ named his book, Sanatorium Songs, “the greatest poetry debut from the past 25 years.” Forthcoming is THE SELECTED POEMS OF EMILE NELLIGAN Vehicule Press, 2017.

Robert Colman is a writer and editor based in Newmarket, Ontario, whose work has been published in literary magazines across Canada. He is the author of two collections of poems, The Delicate Line Exile Editions, 2009, nominated for the ReLit Award, and Little Empires Guernica Editions, 2012.
