A Galaxy Far, Far Away includes familiar favorites from one of the best loved movie series of all times, with the fresh originality of unscripted comedy. Each show is a completely unique, standalone episode, in which original characters face a new set of intergalactic discoveries and dangers within the Star Wars universe. With all of the adventure, action, and imagination of the original movies, this unscripted comedy highlights the unsung (and unheard of) characters just off screen. Paying homage to its source material, A Galaxy Far, Far Away imagines a new group of unlikely Rebel Alliance leaders, bizarre alien species, and evil Empire minions. If you’ve ever wondered who was keeping the dark side at bay while Luke and Leia were sharing that one weird kiss, this show is for you.
Directed by acclaimed Toronto improvisor Jess Bryson (Bad Dog Repertory Players) this production features a fantastic crew of renowned comedic performers.
