Join us on Tuesday May 3rd, 2016 for a guided tour of the Power Plant.

The tour will last about 1 hour and will take us through the current exhibits of the Power Plant.

The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery is Canada’s leading non-collecting, public art gallery dedicated exclusively to contemporary visual art from Canada and the world.

Babies and walking children are welcomed. We strongly recommend baby carriers to this tour as the exhibit in the main gallery space is large and strollers would not be able to fit through comfortably. Strollers can be left in the reception area of the gallery.

The fee for the event is $10. 50% of each ticket sold will go towards the Art Strollers fund, at the end of 2016 the cumulation of the fund will be allocated to art organizations in Toronto offering family programming.

About Art Strollers

Our purpose is to bridge families and art organizations, art institutions, galleries and artists. By engaging families with the arts, we strive to enrich not only the lives of the children and parents but also to contribute to the art world’s reach and growth for current and future generations. It is a dual purpose to engage the future generations in appreciating and sustaining the continuous creation and presentation of art – visual and performing.
