Friendly and calm dogs are welcome. Follow the signs at the Queen Street park entrance to point you to the exact location in Trinity Bellwoods.

Dogs of the Ganges Society is a volunteer-run, Toronto-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to reducing the suffering of street dogs in India through education, outreach and first aid.

About the Instructor: Jessica Waters has been practicing yoga for over five years and began her teaching journey in early 2015. Yoga has taken her around the globe; from Thailand and India to California and of course Canada. Currently, she spends most of her time teaching in Germany. Jessica teaches a gentle Vinyasa flow that encourages a connection to breath and an awareness of body. Mindfulness and compassion is also an important practice of Jessica's and she hopes to inspire others to choose a like path of consciousness through her yoga classes. When we see her in June she will have recently visited India where she saw first-hand the plight of street dogs there.
