In this workshop, we’ll discuss top tips and tricks for writing effective user stories, including 4 key components of a user story. These are told from the viewpoint of a persona and are at the essence of experiment-based product management. Participants will learn by writing a story for a product feature of their choice. We’ll also learn about best practices in experiment-based product management, prioritizing a backlog using analytics, how to organize sprints and learn from real-life examples.

This workshop is ideal for both aspiring product managers, marketers and engineers looking to shift into a product role or anyone who may have an interest in product management.
