Coming soon to The Toronto Fringe Festival: 'Behold, the Barfly!' – a surreal and cerebral sketch spectacular from Justin Haigh, the writer of the Soup Can Theatre smash hits Love is a Poverty You Can Sell 1 & 2 (★★★★★ – Torontoist / NNNNN – Now), and featuring some of Toronto’s finest comedy talent including Ned Petrie, Jeff Hanson, Marsha Mason, Steve Hobbs, Sarah Thorpe, Kevin MacPherson, Elizabeth Anacleto, and Eric Miinch!

Join us at the historic Monarch Tavern in the heart of Little Italy to peer into the pickled subconscious of a slumbering barfly and behold the wonders within: Mirth! Merriment! Mediocre poetry! Murder-mystery! Demented musical numbers! A Christmas pageant like no other! The erotic appeal of the metric system! Problematic face painting! Sober contemplation of life choices!
