CRABE (https://crabe.bandcamp.com/)

Montreal punk freakers plays around with the angularity of no-wave and the brutality of hardcore, creating disojointed yet congurous structures. Riffy guitars mutate into spastic shredding then into chaotic noise bursts. Their pounding rhythm section is as agile as it is pummeling. Unhinged fun tunes fueled by stylistic meandering that always seems to find it's way into some fast paced noise punk jammer.

CREEP HIGHWAY (https://creephighway.bandcamp.com/)

Michawl DeForge & Patrick Kyle's noise punk destruction duo is a simple concoction of bristering angular guitar chords mangled under webs of distortion accompanied by tight drum patterns and fuzzed put vocals. This raw aggesssive force sounds like it crawled out of some gnarly basement, or roadside gas station bathroom. An unholy force slamming through life as a thankless mutant.

LA FETE (https://lafete.bandcamp.com/)

Quebec City post punk quartet, weaves together spectrally dissonant guitar lines to create lost melodies. Taking the laid back approach, the rhythm section grooves forward at a tropical pace. Vocals dance over urgent notes. Casual meandering tones bubble with distortion. Group vocals hum as guitar notes fall and drift like dust in the wind. Beautiful, humble and secretly distructive music.

ZWARUN (https://theconnoisseursofporn.bandcamp.com/)

The former Connoisseurs Of Porn get reborn with the addition of a 2nd drummer. Expect the same mangled guitar work, sounds of electrical shock treatment meets some errant buzzsaw. Down on your luck blues tunes turned into meanacing death sentences. Heavy percussion creeps forward driving vocal balladry. Don't miss a band that not only rips, but knows how to create a revolving tension.
