The Artist
Toronto-based Award Winning Abstract Artist Michelle Dinelle is active with group gallery art exhibitions and her artwork is displayed in local business establishments in the Toronto area. Her work has been purchased for private collections throughout Canada and the United States.
Why Abstracts
The artist compares the freedom of painting to that of 'dancing' – where the emotion of 'music' guides your body 'paint & brushstrokes' are her deep felt rhythm. Bright colors, dots, circles and swirls are her signature. Painting on canvas using acrylics; her chosen colors dictate the direction of her work. Blending with brushes – shape and form follow until she steps back knowing the work is done. The dance has ended!
