The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
On Saturday, December 17, 2016, at 5 p.m., police received a call for a Sexual Assault in the Elm Street and Bay Street area.
It is alleged that:
– a 37-year-old woman was receiving a massage when she was sexually assaulted by her massage therapist
On Saturday, December 17, 2016, at 7:50 p.m., Dumitru Torneau, 40, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, February 2, 2017, 11 a.m., room 111.
A sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration.
