Thanh Thi Pham, 33, was last seen on Friday, September 8, 2017, between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., on Dufferin Street, between Dundas Street West and Dupont Street.
She is described as 4â€
9�, medium build, black hair, wearing a red hooded jacket, black pants, beige shoes.
She is known to use public transportation, speaks Vietnamese and limited English.
Police are concerned for her safety.
