The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Jessica Moreira, 23, was last seen Sunday, May 12, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., in the area of Venn Crescent and Eglinton Ave West.

She is described as 5’3�, 170lbs., with black, straight, medium-length hair, brown eyes. She also has tattoos: two roses on left shoulder, forearm quote, angel wing behind right ear, and two piercings on each ear and a cartilage piercing on one. She was last seen wearing a black hooded top and black jogging pants.

Police are concerned for her safety.
