The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing boy.
Togo Newell, 12, was last seen, on Sunday, July 28, 2019, at approximately 5:43 p.m., in the area of Weston Road and Finch Avenue West.
He is described as 4’11”, with brown eyes, black short hair and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
He has a developmental disorder.
Police are concerned for his safety and well-being.
