The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.
Richard Punwasi, 30, was last seen on Sunday, September 1, 2019, in the Finch Avenue West and Albion Road area.
He is described as 5’3”, 175 lbs., short black hair, with an unshaved beard. He was last seen wearing black pants, and a black t-shirt.
Police are concerned for his safety.
