Richardo Walters, 35, was last seen on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., in the area of Queen Street and Ossington Avenue.
He is described as 6', 200 lbs., with short black hair. His clothing is unknown.
Police are concerned for his safety.
