The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Adesnia Newell-Frappier, 20, was last seen on Sunday, October 13, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., in the Avenue Road and Bloor Street West area.

She is described as 5’5”, 160 lbs., with dark brown hair usually parted in the middle and tied in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing prescription glasses with dark frames, a black leather jacket with the “Hard Rock Café” logo on the back, black jogging pants, and white Nike running shoes.

Police are concerned for her safety.
