Brian Livesey charged with assaulting a police officer in London

On October 5th, 2010 at approximately 11:58 PM police were called to an address on Trafalgar Street in London to investigate a theft. Upon arrival to the address, police encounter the suspect who was intoxicated. This suspect was bound to an undertaking the prohibited him from consuming alcohol.

The suspect was arrested for breach of his release conditions. During the arrest the accused kicked police and latter spat on police. Injuries to the police were minor.

Police have charged 35 year old Brian Livesey of London with 5 counts of assault police and 1 count of failing to comply with conditions of his undertaking.
