On Monday, October 18, 2010, at 4 p.m., police responded to a sexual assault call at Scarboro Music Company, 1050 Kingston Road.

It is alleged that:

– the accused rents space within the Scarboro Music Company and conducts private music lessons,

– on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, an eight-year-old girl attended Scarboro Music Company, 1051 Kingston Road, for a music lesson with the accused,

– during the lesson, the accused sexually assaulted the girl.

On Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at 12:45 p.m., Brian Bolliger, 54, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Sexual Assault
2. Sexual Interference.

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, November 18, 2010, at 10 a.m., courtroom J.

Police believe there may be more victims.
