Senior actor Gulshan Grover is often sharing throwback pictures on his Instagram handle. Of late he has been revisiting the times he worked on international projects.

Gulshan Grover reveals that he once tried to get Bruce Lee’s daughter Shannon Lee to act opposite Akshay Kumar

Recently, Grover shared a picture of himself posing with the legendary Bruce Lee's daughter Shannon Lee. Along with the picture he also revealed an interesting fact. He said that he tried to rope in Shannon to act in a Bollywood film opposite Akshay Kumar, who is known as the Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood. They had also planned an elaborate action sequence between the two for the climax. Unfortunately it never worked out.

Sharing the picture, Gulshan Grover wrote, "The Greatest @brucelee daughter #Shannonlee @therealshannonlee and me in #losangeles . I tried to get her to act in a #Bollywood film opposite my brother @akshaykumar . The last sequence of the film would be fight between Akshay and Bruce Lee’s daughter. Akshay was keen but things did not work out."

On the work front, Gulshan Grover will next be seen in the film Sooryavanshi with Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead. The movie directed by Rohit Shetty will also feature Ajay Devgn as ‘Singham’ and Ranveer Singh as ‘Simmba’ in special cameos.
