This pair will now be seen in the Ang Lee’s adaptation of Yann Martel’s bestseller Life of Pi. The market rumors have it that Irrfan will be playing the role of Pi’s father and will be paired opposite the talented Tabu. Readers may remember that, in the recent past, it was Sonu Sood and Sushant Singh, who were being considered figured for the role, which eventually has landed up on Irrfan Khan’s laps. When contacted by Bollywood Hungama, Irrfan’s manager confirmed the news, but said that the official announcement is yet to be done.
