Ejaz Chaudhry, the DG Major General in Sindh, has made the world know that the situation of peace, law and order in Karachi is highly worse than in Wazirsitan.
As, on Wednesday, at the Supreme Court’s (SC) Karachi Registry Ejaz Chaudhry was speaking during the decided hearing of target killings and violence in Karachi, Ejaz commented that militant groups of political as well as racial parties were involved in aggression in the city.
Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) said that the Supreme Court should not call for Dr Zulfiqar Mirza to come to the court in this particular case, in addition, Mirza should appear in the court if he was willing own his own.
A superior bench of the Supreme Court, comprising Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmani, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Amir Hani Muslim and Justice Ghulam Rabbani, were, on Wednesday, hearing a suo motu case on target killings and violence in Karachi.
There were different political thinkers and perty leaders as well who also commented on the current situation in Karachi. The court witnesses to state that as the judges started their hearing of cases; the counsel of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Abdul Qadir Jatoi made him t to appear right before the court and told the judge that all that bloodshed and target killing is being done under the support of certain political parties.
In the court Mr Jatoi said that Zulfiqar Mirza had given significant leaks and was a central observer in the case. Later Mr Jatoi also present a CD to show a video in the court of law.
