The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Mark Anthony Smith, 29, was last seen on Friday, June 21, 2019, at approximately 1:30 p.m., in the Yonge Street and Carlton Street area.
He is described as 5’9", 130 lbs., with short brown hair, clean shaven, and hazel eyes. He is believed to be wearing a waist-length black jacket, black t-shirt, black pants, black shoes and a black baseball cap with “LA” written on front.
Police are concerned for his safety.
