Eddie Ing, 48, was last seen on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at 7:10 p.m., in the The Queensway and South Kingsway area.
He is described as 5'11", thin build, with dark hair.
He was last seen wearing brown pants, a dark jacket, a black toque, and a black and blue backpack.
Police are concerned for his safety.
