16 year old boy William Oliver goes missing in Richmond Hill

York Regional Police are seeking public assistance in locating a 16-year-old male missing from the Town of Richmond Hill.

William OLIVER was last seen at his residence on Sunridge Street on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at approximately 7:45 a.m., when he left for school on foot.

Police and family are very concerned for his well-being as it is out of character for Mr. OLIVER to be gone for an extended period of time without contacting friends or family.

Investigators are appealing to anyone with information regarding Mr. OLIVER’s whereabouts to come forward.

The missing male is described as:

 Male, white
 6’4”, 175 lbs., thin build
 Brown hair, blue eyes
 Wearing a black knee-length jacket, black baggy jeans, a black shirt and dark brown boots. He may also be wearing a gold chain around his neck

UPDATE: William OLIVER has been located.
