The HRP/RCMP High Risk Enforcement Action Team (HEAT) is asking for the public’s help in locating a man with an outstanding warrant.

Forty-one-year-old James Francis Groves was paroled from prison and living at a halfway house in Halifax. In September 2006 he left the house and failed to return. A Canada Wide Warrant was issued and investigators have been attempting to locate him without success. It is unclear whether Mr. Groves is still residing within Nova Scotia and has lived in provinces in western Canada. He is described as a white man, 5’7”, 170 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes and wears classes. When he was released he had long hair and a goatee. He also has a tattoo across his belly that says “Damage Inc.”
