The London Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person. James Edward Conlon, 21-years-old, of London, was last seen in the area of Salisbury Street and Quebec Street at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, November 24, 2011.
He is described as a white male, 5’8″, 200lbs, with a shaved head. He does have a stalky build. It is believed that he was wearing a dark colored jacket over top of a grey hooded sweatshirt, along with a dark green toque with yellow lettering on the front. Family and friends are concerned for his welfare.
