The criminal investigation into the death of Daniel Palmer is ongoing. Daniel Palmer died on October 25, 2010 while in hospital after having been found unconscious in a stairwell at 580 Dundas Street on October 7, 2010. Daniel Palmer died as a result of sustaining blunt force trauma.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Christopher Martin, aged 26 years,for second degree murder.
