A Dieppe man faces several fraud charges in connection with a snow removal scam in the Moncton area over the past few weeks.

On November 24, 2010, Codiac Regional RCMP arrested a man in connection with the frauds.

Today, 57-year-old Edward Faulkner also known as Edward Mcailster of Dieppe, appeared in Moncton Provincial Court facing three charges of fraud. He pleaded not guilty and has been remanded into custody and will appear in court on November 26. The investigation is continuing and further charges are possible.
