The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– between 1969 and 1971, while the accused was babysitting a six-year-old girl, he sexually assaulted her,
It is further alleged that:
– in 1988, while the accused was babysitting a six-year-old boy, he sexually assaulted him.
Thomas Duval, 70, of Deer Lake, Newfoundland, has been charged with:
1) Indecent Assault against a female,
2) Sexual Assault.
The accused was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, room 412, at 2 p.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
