On Monday, January 17, 2010, the Toronto Police Service issued a news release regarding a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Friday, January 14, 2011, four women and three men attended a house party and consumed alcohol,
– one of the women was taken to a bedroom and sexually assaulted by one of the men.
On Sunday, January 16, 2011, police arrested two men in connection with this investigation.
Clarens Beltran, 21, and Carlo Realuyo, 24, both of Toronto, have each been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault.
They are scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, March 3, 2011, room 202, at 10 a.m.
