Brian Burke, President and General Manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced Wednesday that forward Luca Caputi has been assigned to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.Caputi was recalled by the Maple Leafs on October 27 and appeared in six games collecting four penalty minutes and eight shots on goal. He started the season with the Marlies and registered a goal and an assist with two penalty minutes in six games.
