Summer Schubertiade: Pasadena Pro Musica Chamber Concert

As part of the L.A.-wide celebration honoring the centennial of Benjamin Britten’s birth, this special chamber concert pays tribute to the renowned 20th-century British composer with a performance of his Phantasy in F minor for string quartet. A collection of talented local musicians will also shine a spotlight on some rarely-heard pieces, including Mozart’s Duo in G major and Mendelssohn’s String Quartet in B-flat. The stellar lineup for this Summer Schubertiade includes Ishani Bhoola and Agnes Gottschewski on violin, Roland Kato and Erik Rynearson on viola and Tina Soule on cello.
