The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16 year old female, Naomi ROSS. ROSS was last seen on July 31st, 2010.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers ROSS to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
ROSS is known to frequent the Downtown and the North End areas of the city.
ROSS is described as Aboriginal, 5’4”, 150 pounds, with long straight brown hair and brown eyes. ROSS was last seen wearing a pink tank top, white shorts, and white runners.
