The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14 year old female, Jay Lynn MCIVOR. MCIVOR was last seen on August 3, 2010.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers MCIVOR to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
MCIVOR is described as Aboriginal, 5’8”, 140 pounds, with shoulder length straight brown hair and brown eyes.
