Seventeen year-old Steven Albert MCAULEY, DOB: 1993-08-08, of Cumberland House Saskatchewan, is charged with Escape Custody, contrary to section 145(1)(a) the Criminal Code of Canada and Assault Causing Bodily Harm, contrary to section 267(b) of the Criminal Code. These charges are in connection with an incident in the early morning hours of May 1, 2011 in the area of Ritter Avenue and Toothill Street. At approximately 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2011, police were dispatched to the Paul Dojack Youth Centre for a report of a male youth inmate who used violence to escape the facility. The male suspect was last seen walking eastbound from the facility. Police attended but were unable to locate the male.

Steven Albert MCAULEY is described as male, Aboriginal, 17 years old, about 5′ 11" tall, weighing about 250 pounds. MCAULEY has brown hair and brown eyes.
