Artful Stories is collaborative visual arts and performance based event and exhibition on March 4 through March 31, 2016. Collective memories, together over 500 years, will be shared interactively with the arts community in Central Etobicoke. NPCC’s Six Resident Groups, Silverthorne Collegiate, Eatonville Toronto Public Library, Arts Etobicoke and Etobicoke Civic Centre will navigate, mark and map their memories of West Toronto. All revealed in a month long process of creative expression intersecting at Neilson Park Creative Centre.
Join us along with Councilor Stephen Holyday for the celebration: March 20, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm with a Spoken Word Poetry performance by The Eatonville Wordsmiths led by Spoken Word Artist and Arts Educator Patrick de Belen.
