She can breathe easy now, because she and her daughter Frances got a lifetime restraining order against Sam Lufti. You remember Lufti from the Britney Spears head-shaving meltdown a few years ago – Brit’s family charged Sam with moving in and taking over Britney’s life when she was vulnerable. After they kicked him out, he harassed them for money he claimed was owed to him and they got a restraining order also. Apparently Lufti appointed himself as Courtney’s manager and barged into her life with the same consequences. Vulnerable celebrities beware…
