We admit we have mixed feelings about the new Lone Ranger movie starringJohnny Depp and Armie Hammer. First of all, it’s produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and that means nonstop mind-bending action. Originally Johnny was asked to play the Lone Ranger and that suited us fine. But he insisted on playing Tonto and that’s where we have a problem. We’d love to see a real Native American play the handsome Tonto – those moccasins are hard to fill. Johnny looks like he might be hamming it up. When it comes out next summer, we’ll see for sure… (Above, original actors Clayton Moore and sexy Jay Silverheels )
