Somebody please tell Tyra Banks that the best way to go undercover and unnoticed in Los Angeles is NOT to dress in head to toe BLACK with a hat and sunglasses – especially on a warm day. Tyra MIGHT have been caught going out to lunch with a new boyfriend (he looks like a sexy TV handyman) and she was hoping to keep it under wraps, but her outfit was a dead giveaway.
