We’ve watched Mickey Rourke go through some changes through the years, but he’s come a LONG way since he first appeared as the sexy guy in “Diner” in 1982. Plastic surgery, bulking up in the gym, and a generally indulgent lifestyle have altered his looks considerably. Mickey’s problem was that he got cut-rate or free plastic surgery from a doctor friend a few years back, and went way too far. This recent photo of him is radically different than how he looked when he appeared inThe Wrestler in 2008. His facial features are very different.
