Tobey Maguire, 38, took his seven year old daughter Ruby out to lunch in New York. For the past few years, Tobey seems to have been more interested in playing poker than making movies. He’s played in several World Series of Pokerevents and it’s been estimated that he has won ten million dollars playing cards. He plays legendary eccentric chess champion Bobby Fischer in his next movie. Above, Tobey is schlepping a car-seat and Ruby doesn’t look happy about something.
