Paul Walker’s family was staggered by the worldwide attention his accidental death attracted. It reminded them of James Dean, who also died in a Porsche and went on to become a cult figure. (We never DID like Porsches.) The family decided to copyright Paul’s image and name for the purpose of merchandising, much like Dean’s. Paul’s younger brother Cody, 25, hoped to double for Paul in the nextFast & Furious movie but, he looks too young. So Cody is now in charge of Paul Walker merchandising and aims to start with an official T-shirt. He also plans to donate some of the profits to Paul’s disaster relief charity.
