This has to be the most encouraging photo we’ve seen of Amanda Bynesin a VERY long time. She celebrated her 28th birthday a few days ago and thanked all her fans for wishing her well by Instagramming this picture. She’s in Cabo on spring break with her family and really appears to be happy and healthy.
