Reality TV can certainly change lives. Two years ago Kate Stoltz, 23, was wearing a bonnet, working on her family’s Amish farm and secretlydreaming of a more glamorous life. She was thrilled to be chosen to appear on the 2012 first season of TLC’s Breaking Amish. Of all the Amish young men and women on the show, Kate immediately took a liking to New York City. She signed with a model agent and became a lingerie model (No, she’s never going back home.) 5’ 8” Kate says wants to be the first in her family to get a college degree and appear on a billboard in Times Square. Her next step is of course, plastic surgery! Kate is getting a nose job. She’s currently appearing on Return to Amishon Sundays at 10.
