A while back there were rumours stating that the soon to go on floors Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Chopra starrer Takadum directed by Homi Adajania has stark similarities to the recently released film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
In fact, the rumours further stated that due to these similarities the filmmaker had postponed the shoot of the film so as to make modifications to their screenplay as there were similarities in the story’s setting with that of the film ADHM. However, laying these rumours to rest, director Homi Adajania denied them saying, “It’s nothing like that at all. We just felt that we needed to rework certain angles, mainly on the structure of the screenplay to improve it. Once this is done and we are happy with the changes we will commence the shoot process.”
