In the shocking turn of events, actress Preity Zinta’s cousin Nitin Chauhan, who was living in Shimla, committed suicide on last Friday morning.
According to the reports, Nitin Chauhan allegedly shot himself in the head with a pistol in his car bearing the registration number HP 51 2089 near Sector 2, new Shimla. The reports also revealed that two suicide notes have been recovered from Nitin. One of the notes was in the car and other at his residence. In both the notes, he has accused his wife and in-laws of driving him to take this extreme step. The reports also suggest that he was being harassed by his in-laws as they kept filing false cases against him and did not allow him to meet his son.
As per the case, police has filed abetment to suicide case against Nitin Chauhan’s in-laws and investigation is on.
