We haven’t seen him on the silver screen since his debut Hero, but Sooraj Pancholi soon was said to be a part of as many as three films. While we haven’t heard much about the progress of his three ventures, Sooraj has now gone ahead and signed a romantic film.
The film in question, which is yet to be titled, is said to be helmed by Faruk Kabir of Allah Ke Bandey fame. It is learnt that Kumar Mangat has come on board as a producer and the hunt for the leading lady is on. If rumours are to be believed, the makers are looking for a fresh face to be paired opposite the actor. However, the other details of the film are currently being kept under wraps since it is still in the initial stages.
On the other hand, Sooraj Pancholi was also supposed to be part of a film in which he was to play the role of a football player. Apart from that, the actor had also apparently signed choreographer Bosco Martis’ debut directorial Circus which was said to star Parineeti Chopra as his leading lady but this film too failed to take off.
As of now, Sooraj is said to be a part of Remo D’Souza’s directorial which has him along with Ajay Devgn playing the lead. But there has been no news on the film’s progress either since Ajay and Remo are busy with other projects.
