It’s been a month since Aamir Khan’s Dangal released worldwide and broke many box office records. After two years of tremendous hard work, Aamir Khan and the entire Dangal cast’s performance was highly appreciated by the critics and the audience.
Now, following the success of Dangal, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan has decided to make the film tax-free and has announced plans to open a wrestling academy in the state. According to the official Twitter handle CMO Madhya Pradesh, Chouhan said the state government has decided to open a wrestling academy to promote the sport. He has also decided to make wrestling based film Dangal tax-free in MP.
Dangal has already been declared as tax-free in the Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal is a biopic on wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who trains his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat to represent India internationally.
